Michelle Allison

Michelle Allison is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the Allison Law Firm.  Her family settled in Las Vegas after being stationed at Nellis AFB.  She was a National Merit Scholar and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1990.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999. 

Ms. Allison has experience in all aspects of civil litigation including arbitration, mediation and trial.  She has represented corporate and individual clients in personal injury, construction, probate, and commercial litigation matters.  She previously practiced insurance defense and civil rights law, particularly 42 USC §1983 cases. 

Ms. Allison is well-versed in estate planning including drafting wills, trusts, and other asset protection techniques.  She oversees corporate formation for her clients, including preparing and implementing governing documents, handling the purchase and sale of business interests, as well as overseeing business operations of various entities.

Ms. Allison is a proud participant in many charitable organizations.  She has served as a member and past vice-chair of the Board of Directors for Spread the Word Nevada, which gives books to children in low-income neighborhoods. She has volunteered for After-School All Stars, Ted E. Vegas and the ALS Association Nevada Chapter.  Ms. Allison provides pro bono sevices for these and other local non-profits, including Green Valley United Methodist Church.
